I’ve always been a collector. The only collection that lasted were my thimbles but for a while I was on a watch-collecting spree. When I was younger I was obsessed with Baby-G watches. Next it turned to Swatches before becoming a free-for-all. Now I don’t really wear watches but I’ve been itching to go back. While exploring the city, I got to see the new Swatch watches and snap a few pictures of my favorites.
I’m torn on what I think of these watches but I feel like they’d be a great accessory for work. They’re dainty and look a little bit more like jewelry than watches. I’m a huge fan of the colored crystals in the watch-head.
These wrap around watches caught my eye in an instant. I love unique items that stand out that not many people have. Although the one-tone looks cleaner, my favorite are the two-tones. You can even reverse the band and choose what color you want to show off.
A close-up of my favorites. They displayed both sides of the watch to show how the band is reversible. In my book pink and yellow do not go well together but I would love to own either of the blue watches.
